About Me

When I retired, year before last (2024) & moved into an apartment, one of the first things I noticed was that nearly everyone kept plants. And so, I decided to try my hand at container gardening. In the past, I've always worked-in-the-yard & we had veg gardens, but I didn't know what I wanted to grow..I wasn't interested in growing "pretty flowers" or cactus or herbs and then a neighbor lady gave me some Jade tree cuttings that I was able to root & grow..and so, I decided to try my hand at growing trees..little trees..in pots. So, began my current adventure & I'd like to invite you to share the journey with me through this blog.
